UPDATE: Ok, another commenter says the emails are working, so it’s not a problem on our end.

The irony of asking that question is that anyone experiencing this problem won’t receive your query and thus won’t know to tell you about the problem! I am getting the emails though
Yeah, yeah, I know. But as long as some people are getting them (as I figured they were), it shows it’s not a problem on our end.
Magically after I commented about not receiving alerts, the emails resumed. Go figure!

I think that the problem that people are not receiving the alerts is because they usually don’t open the alerts very often. In gmail for example, it learns to do not display as a priority (top of the email inbox) emails from a especific source if you usually don’t open the emails from that source. Is half way to become a SPAM.
Most people may look just the email title and only open if they think is interesting to them.
