Two Ph.D. positions in ecology, adaptation, and environmental change

If you don’t want to do a Ph.D. with me, perhaps you want to do one with my good friend and colleague Owen Petchey in Zurich. Owen is looking for two Ph.D. students. One is for a project on effects of environmental change on ecosystem function, mediated by biodiversity loss. The other is for a project on epigenetics in microbial adaptation to environmental change.

Owen is really good as well as being a great guy. And between his hire and other hires over the last several years, Zurich has become one of the best places in the world to do community ecology and evolutionary ecology. Plus, I hear the chocolate is good too. šŸ˜‰
