Meg, Brian, and I will all be at the ESA meeting this year. We decided it would be fun to have a meetup with Dynamic Ecology readers. So we’ll commandeer a table in the poster hall from 5:30-6:30 during the Wednesday poster session.* If you want to say hi, chat about the blog, whatever, come on by! Don’t be shy, we’d love to meet you! (or catch up with you, if we already know you)
We’re doing it for fun, but we’re also hoping it will be a good way to get feedback from people who don’t ordinarily comment on the blog (which the vast majority of readers don’t do).
p.s. Don’t let this stop you from saying hi to us at other times! I love meeting people at the ESA. I’m sure Brian and Meg feel the same.
*Sorry, can’t be more precise about the location than that. But there aren’t usually that many tables in the poster hall, and they’re usually all in one area, so it shouldn’t be too hard for you to find us. And if I get to the conference on Monday and discover there aren’t any tables in the poster hall, I’ll put up a new post with an alternate location. 🙂
